Terms of Use

Unless otherwise indicated, the Global Calculator application and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the app (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install the app on a single device for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Global Calculator uses advanced local encryption. We operate under a strict "Zero-Knowledge" privacy model. You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following obligations:

• PIN Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for memorizing and maintaining the confidentiality of your Secure Vault entry PIN.
• Master Recovery Key Safeguarding: During the vault setup process, you are provided with an 8-12 character Master Recovery Key. It is your sole responsibility to write down, back up, and securely preserve this key.
• No Server-Side Interventions: Because JordaarTech does not store your raw PIN or possess unencrypted master keys, our support representatives cannot override your lock, decrypt your files, or reset your credentials.

The app synchronizes encrypted master security keys and vault structure to our secure cloud servers to facilitate device migration and secure vault restoration.

We make no guarantees of uninterrupted server availability, zero cloud latency, or complete prevention of data sync failures.

You are encouraged to maintain a regular, decrypted off-device backup of critical files (e.g. physical photos/documents) to protect against unexpected hardware loss or operating system corruption.

Our retention policies keep your metadata intact even if your local device vault folder becomes empty, supporting multi-device setups and manual user data transfers.

The application integrates third-party services, including Google AdMob, to render display advertising. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that your interaction with ads is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or actions of third-party advertisements.

You agree not to use the app in a way that violates any local, national, or international laws. You may not:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or disassemble the binary files of the application.
• Use the Secure Vault feature to store illegal content, copyright-infringing materials, or malicious software.
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with security measures or encryption blocks implemented inside the app.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JORDAARTECH OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the application are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JordaarTech is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the app after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
